The Illustrated Encyclopedia of Dressage, by Martin Diggle
While it is certainly valuable to have in one place definitions of dressage terms, a great many books include that either within the text or in an appendix at the back. Where this is particularly valuable is the references to great dressage masters of the past, from the oft-quoted Greek cavalry commander Xenophon on to famous riders of today such as Kyra Kyrklund. A combination of photographs and drawings supplement the text.
